Why We Built This Site
No single public database contains a complete Fannin County criminal history. The Sheriff's Office creates incident and booking material, while court clerks preserve filed charges, docket events, and final dispositions. GCIC connects reported arrest cycles with statewide disposition data. The Georgia Department of Corrections and Georgia Sex Offender Registry answer narrower custody and registration questions. Organizing verified contacts, fees, official tools, and request steps makes those record boundaries easier to follow.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Georgia court, law-enforcement agency, or state office. Those limits matter:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file record-restriction or sealing petitions, records requests, or other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified record must come from its custodian, such as the sheriff, court clerk, or GCIC. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, prices, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. Fannin County Criminal History does not control the provider's charges or guarantee the completeness, identity match, or current status of any result.
